Greenwich Gardens, a masterpiece estate is an initiative of a grassroots administration in Lagos, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA under the chairmanship of Mayor Dele Oshinowo, geared towards addressing housing shortage and increasing the LCDA’s revenue base.

The ongoing construction gradually taking shape on a large expanse of land along Stephen Oyedele Road (formerly known as Ajelogo Market Road), which is about 20 minutes drive from Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja.

When completed, the Greenwich Gardens will deliver high-quality homes with lush green areas that will replicate the ambience of Maitama in Agboyi-Ketu.
