Right Procedure will avert financial disaster - Mayor Dele Oshinowo Charges Realtors

The Executive Chairman, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, Mayor Dele Oshinowo has charged real estate practitioners to follow established frameworks in averting financial disasters that could create huge losses for their businesses.
Mayor Dele Oshinowo made this known at the fourth Lagos Real Estate Market Place Conference and Exhibitions held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Speaking during a panel session, Mayor Dele Oshinowo urged realtors in the state to take a cue from his administration's doings in follow the right procedures.
The council chairman added that all the housing projects carried out by his administration under a PPP arrangement were well-scrutinized and monitored by relevant government agencies.
While he agreed with other panelists that more is needed to be done in the area of enforcement and advocacy, the council chairman stated that if realtors in the state follow the guidelines developed by the Lagos State Government, then the issue of negative stories from the housing sector would be a thing of the past.
